I think you may be missing the point. The reason why LV was introduced as a baby in book 4 was in preparation for his ressurection ritual. One way you can start the next story is with LV tricking a little boy who is new to magic. Promising to teach him but he needs to open up his soul. After which he assimilates the boy's soul. Since he is possessing a more able body he would be a greater threat.

You could have harry crouch junior get a weak willed servent use imperio like yaxley, crabbe, goyle or mcnair or some other such death eater that's pitiful.

there's the Durmstrang headmaster Igor, maybe he gets put under suspicion for some reason has nowhere else to go or something, it give him both a carer or someone with the resources to assign a carer, and a set of eyes at the Triwizard tournament, along with his known cowardice and for ratting out alot of his fellow death eater for a lighter sentence very few would actually expect his involvement with Riddle, the only ones who would are teenagers who dont know better (ie golden trio who aren't fully at hogwarts that year) and Mundanes

You can still with canon, have Crouch Jr getting with Greyback to break wormtail out. You can bring in the Enchantest to assist as well, after all she could be using Voldermort as a tool to get Thor.

I can see Hermoine looking up at Black Widow as a role model for it will also get the avengers part of the story. I am not sure about a Tony X Steve relationship, but I do not hate will not allow it taint the my liking or hating this story.

Crouch Jr has potential . He'll be Babymort's carer until he is ordered to infiltrate Hogwarts as Moody. To do his cover better, he has to entrust Babymort to someone they both trust. He can't just bring Babymort to Hogwarts while he teach because he will be vulnerable. So he did the same thing that his mother did to sneak him out of Azkaban.

Avery maybe? He is a pretty unknown character so gives you some freedom, and his name apparently means Alfred and he would be Babymort's butler essentially lol I'd personally prefer the escapee's escape on time or later rather than early.

well would he even be in that form yet from what i remember he only possesses the baby after worm tail find him in the forest in albania( not sure on location). Maybe he possesses someone else and uses a adult body like with quill but more successful. Or maybe someone finds one of the other horcruxes and gets possessed that way. Barty junior is loyal to him when he is a baby and there is no way that worm tail is the reason for that since it would not be difficult to kill him.
