Japanese don't have middle names.
Haruka is Keitaro's cousin, not his aunt. Keitaro calls her Obasan in the manga, which is a double entendre because Hina adopted her making him both his (Aunt) as well as an "Older Lady". The later meaning of the word is probably why Haruka hits him when he says it.
Cousin # $ is legal in japan actually, so this might have made your story better - at least it wouldn't actually be incest. Still, its kind of frowned on, but it still happens. A recent former Japanese PM was actually married to his cousin.
Sarah's mom's name is actually Julia, not Jessica.
Japanese don't tip and most Japanese will be confused or refuse one. The only exception is an old custom if you stay at an inn, and then you need to wrap it in paper or in an envelope. I've made this mistake in my own story once :)
I doubt doing exercise would make a 20 year old man grow almost 2 inches in 2 years. hehe.
Your grading thing is messed up. 1.0 is a bad score, 4.0 is a good score. Also Japan doesn't use that system, they use a 4 tier grade system (A,B,C,D) or Yu, Ryo, Ka, Fuka with Fuka being a fail. So even if you converted to a grade point system, 1 would basically be a failure, percentage wise the cutoff for that is 60%. Also, GPA isn't a considerable metric in Japan. Usually when people ask/want to know how you are doing, they'll ask you what your class rank is. So if you said, "third in class" and you went to Todai, then people would be all like "Holy shit this guy is smart."
