I love this fic! i always come back to it

Well, for a first attempt at writing for this fandom and pairing I'd say that you did a pretty goddamn spectacular job! Far as I can tell you completely nailed the characters, too. Really loved the UST between the two (here's to hoping you'll one day write more about them, haha) _

I loved this story! I agree with you-blue collar workers are so sexy! Lol...man, if only Mokuba hadn't interrupted ;_; ...but seriously, I love a confiden Jou and blushing Seto. I thought your first attempt on slash and Yugioh was spot-on. Can't wait to see if you have more works,maybe a follow up piece? ;) I think the only thing I noticed editing wise, was the occasional mix up of "a" and "an" (Ex. "a auto mechanic" or "an subconscious action"). And when Kaiba was quoting Jou, there should be ' ' around his quote. But I was so engrossed in the story that this was a total afterthought. Extremely well written and I hope to read more from you!

14 years later and this fic is still pure gold. Seriously not all old KaiJou stories hold up quite nicely like this.

This was so well written. Your description was amazing, and I can so see it happening. I was left craving more, because the promise of their next interaction would be so interesting. I think you did a great job. On the ages, I just assumed the whole story had happened after graduation, until you mentioned it at the end.

Because Rude - but pretty like a bitch was too apt a description of Kaiba to find its way into the trash.

Oh god, this has to be the best description of Seto ever. It was hilarious.

*reads AN, amused* Actually, since I didn't know until you mentioned it, the little bit about neither Joey, Seto, or Midori being old enough to drive legally is just funny.

Seriously, this is amazing! I don't have any criticism for it at all. It was...amazing. Well dialogued and humorous...full of drama and full of detail. I couldn't have asked for a better read, truly. You wrote both Joey and Seto so well, alone and together when they met up. A great fic in all aspects!

no matter the time and no matter of how many fics I read with Kaijou.. this and the rest of your writings are forever my overall favourites! /w/ srs, you are sooo great in getting both of them in character, the way you write is soo darn wonderful and explains so greatly everything, details, thoughts, feelings... everything! 3 and I so especially love how you succeed in putting some fluff here and there while still keeping them in character, and how they still are assholes against each other but still not! sheesh, this is like the 5th or something time I have read all your YGO stories and I so had to tell you how much I enjoy it, hope to see more Kaijou stories sometime from you C; 3 keep up the awesome work!

I humbly offer you more blatant ego-stroking praise- A fist attempt in a fandom is difficult to do, but this one seems very spot-on to me. You slipped *right* into the heads of the characters.
