Of course it's understandable that you left your stories, whether you got too busy or simply lost interest but, if you have it, do you think you might consider posting the plan you had for the rest of the story so that your readers might enjoy the lovely plot line that you've set up here? ch.10 - I realize that by now, nearly 10 years since you wrote yourself into a corner, that real life has taken you and this is but a memory. It is too bad, really. You write very well and in an intriguing manner. You draw the reader in. So many possibilities, so many way this could go. Perhaps you can shake your muse of the closet and come back again. I hope so.

ch.2 - well done - a great ending to the chapter and a nice turn of phrase.

ch.1- a very interesting beginning and quite a different take.

I find this a great book that is very interesting to read.
I really enjoy how you characters have a feeling of depth and that their feelings are not just told to us they are hinted at in numerous ways.
Over all a great book and I wish you had continued.

okay so it has been ten years since this story was updated and your author's note is who knows how old but i just want to say this story is probably the best slytherin harry i have ever read in my entire life and i love it more than i can say. i sent it to one of my friends after reading chapter 1 because i could just Tell it was going to be great and it Is and i hope that you do update it but if you don't i am still weirdly glad that it's out here and has being because not everything is perfect in this world and this story is one of them only in that it's unfinished. genuinely this is so well-done and i love it so much.

But so far all the nights with the shadows haven't had any impact on him and why wouldn't they modify the dursleys behaviour? he is neither cunning nor ruthless, hasn't used magic to get the Dursleys to forget him while living there.. and that irks me. a lot
by the way he should have had "heartaches" already
