I loved your story it was very interesting full of action,mystery and suspense I have never read such an interesting story in my entire life I would love to read the new version of this story as soon as possible some spelling mistakes were made (no offense) but non the les this was more interesting than any other story in the world

I stayed up all night reading this! Its now 7:30 am and my eyes are stinging me from all the crying I did. IT. WAS. AMAZING. I can't even begin to explain how I feel about this story. Poor Bakura... :( Okay. gotta go cry some more...

First of all let me say this story...absolutely amazing.

I have no idea how you came up with the concept, but I loved every second of it and coulden't seem to put it down for long without it dwelling in the back of my mind. I love how you characterized Thief Bakura...and little Malik was simply too adorable for words. I fell in love with this pairing reading your fabulous work of litterature here. I love the way they face problems and over come them...

The end however shocked me...I'm pleased with it though. It now ranks among one of the few stories up there in higharchy to have made me cry. I loved it and I wish it didn't have to end so soon. Thanks for posting this! w

I absolutely LOVED this story. The plot, the characters, EVERYTHING is perfect. It's so amazing! Although the ending made me cry so hard, I thought I was never gonna stop. Even now, I still feel like crying. Btw, I loved the little 'Omake Special' for chapter 18 ha ha! It was so cute xD The little Anubis almost made me fall out of my chair. I have a feeling I'm definatley going to be reading this again in the future :)

I guess once I read that, it made sense. But I still enjoyed the story how it is -

Holy Friggin Crap!

This has got to be the most AMAZING story I have every read! (And I have read a lot)

There were times in this story where I smiled, giggled, felt embarrassed for the characters, upset, and especially SAD.

The ending made me cry for a good while. It was so heart-wrenchingly sad! I had to force myself to continue reading, I didn't want it to end sadly. But I know it couldn't have happened any other way! It wouldn't have been the same; it tore at my very heartstrings.

Which made me adore your writing ability: To be able to make someone feel like that, completely the way you have made me feel throughout the WHOLE story.

I'm sorry to be ranting on, but I LOVED IT!

It took me only three nights to read all of this, I stayed up from midnight til 6:00-7:00 a.m. - I was SO caught into the story that I didn't notice the time pass til the sun shine through my window.

All in all, AMAZING story! I didn't see ANYTHING for you to need improvement on! It has been a pleasure being able to read such, brilliance!

I have to say, I've read a lot of Yu-gi-oh fanfiction out there, many of which contained Bakura and Malik. This story by far was the best, and I'm so happy I read it and didn't just say 'oh it looks interesting *skip to next story*'. It was so very well thought out, with so much character develpment, i just had to keep reading it.

As for the ending: I am not one for sad endings at all. Not only do they make me bawl, i just hate them. But my friend, this story is quite the exception. It was so well written, so well thought-out, that I didn't care anymore that it was sad, because it was just amazing. I never would have guessed the ending would be so sad, but yet it fit so perfectly with the story.

Also, the Omake special ending was a nice (and hilarious) touch to end on ;)

Where to start? Aurora was one of the first yaoi fanfictions I every read-and that was back in 2003/2004 when I stumbled across it on AFF. I remember waiting for updates, checking the page every few hours because I fell in love with the plot and the liberties taken with the characters. I never reviewed then (stupidity on my part) so I'll try and make up for it now.

For the past few years, for the life of me, I was not able to remember this story's title. When AFF had it's big crash and many stories were taken down/lost/changed, I thought Aurora had become one of the many genuinely interesting fanfics to get sucked down with the site. It wasn't until a few days ago when I had the itch to reread the story that I thought to search through AFF for the pairing and what pieces I could remember-and wouldn't you know, the search engine didn't fail me (for once).

Even though it's been 7/6 years since I read the first chapter of Aurora, I still love it. It's a story that's always going to hold a soft spot for me-original OTP and all. I know it's been a long time since you've updated, and who knows if you'll even read this, but I hope that you do and I hope that it's clear just how happy I was to find this story again and have a chance to re-read it in its whole, both on FF and AFF. Thank you for weaving such a wonderful tale. Thank you for seeing a story through to the end.

And most of all thank you for making a fangirl out of me. This is a story I will never forget. I'm looking forward to seeing if you do anything further it, as the Omake implies. *insta fav*
