Still, your fic. And it is awesome. Even if it'll never be resolved. There's war, and Naruto, and how he's dealing, realistically. Utterly exceptional writing. Plot, characters, all top notch. Excellent buildup. A real pleasure to read.

Of course, just at the bit where i'm on the edge of my seat, it cuts off.

This is amazing, plot and writing-wise. I suppose the seven year gap means that you aren't continuing this? Shame. If you can, please go ahead in writing this! It has a lot of potential!

I absolutely love your characterization of naruto. Poor guy! So much has happened to him, and he remains strong.

simply fabulous. I love your style. Not exactly stream of consciousness; just very experiential, very phenomenological. I can't quite describe what is so different about it, but it's very effective. I realize you've probably abandoned fanfic, but I hope you are writing furiously somewhere, because you are good. It always amazes me how many good writers write fanfics. That's why I read it (and I'm still kinda amazed that I read fanfic!). I'm fascinated by the character of naruto, and your portrayal of him is wonderful. Few people really explore his bratty side, and you havve done that in depth, with full compassion. It's not like you dwell on it; rather, your examination of it is a superb example of "show instead of tell" writing. Wish you'd do more naruto, but I can certainly understand if you've moved on. thanks!

I love the stark reality of this fic, though it may never be updated. Even so, thanks for sharing what is here. It was a fun read, despite the gore.

Ah! Of course this fic is abandoned after...*checks*...four and a half years, but I just wanted you to know if you even still get these, I can't remember a story I was more sad to see end. Excellent work, and thanks for sharing:)
