Hmm, I see no one's mentioned Bergil yet (child), or Beorn (were-bear), Gollum (does he count as a hobbit still? Not sure; hovering between hobbit and shade, I think), Balrog, the Watcher at Moria's gates, trolls, Shelob (spider), Caradhras (mountain)...

(OK, they weren't at the battle, but surely a freak wind could have brought them just in the nick ... except Caradhras, I guess. He's pretty firmly rooted...)

Oh this was just delightful! Really, if the 'man' part of the prophecy doesn't apply to Merry that opens up the floodgates for the majority of the population of Middle Earth. Clever, humorous, and very applicable and classic ending with the Eagles!

For Erus sake! I thought long time ago, that it was stupid to think that no one can defeat him, but you... You overcame it in such manner, that I almost fell from my chair in fit of laughter. I managed to control at least a bit, but then halfelven twins has come and other races appeared and with eagles at the end it was simply too much for me. You did wonderful and fabulously amusing job.
