To those that are unaware, Newtype Alpha had some sort of fatal accident in 2005. He is missed by many, especially those of us that read his marvelous stories.

I am for a continuation but you should probubly read it a second time just to make sure you know the story well enough before writing but i really doubt the creator will care i doubt he remembers the damn fanfiction.

but I still really wish i could hear how the triology would of ended from the writers perspective but then again I cant help but daydream about how the story would of went or what book 3 would be a bad.

I have read Legend of the Megaroad one time only. Yet, as many of you have felt on this reviewing panel, I too feel this story should continue. It really is one of the best pieces of Macross fan fics I have EVER read. I own all that is cannon and I have seen and read almost all the popular stuff that is not (there are a few things I don't have)... I am an amateur writer and I need some practice, so if enough people respond to this posting and the author does not object within the time it takes me to REREAD what DOES exist of this trilogy, I am willing to take up the sword (oops I mean pen). I am not fast, nor do I put myself to his ardent fervor as a writer, since I actually DO have a life outside of fanfiction; it will take me time. But, as an Eagle Scout, I finish what I start. So I hope to hear from more of you soon and hopefully we can place this FanFic BACK at the top of google's search engine within the year:-)

I agree this fanfiction is too awesome, If i could actually write a good story or know where the author was going I would like to make a continuation when I was board once I thought of alot of interesting ideas but sadly I think the author has moved on and probably will never pick this up, maybe some one will make a unofficial continuation.

if your looking for a good macross fanfic and your a fan of macross frontier I suggest macross frontier united we stand pretty decent but you have had to watch the whole macross frontier series first because its a continuation of that macross series

its a shame all fanfics for the original have to do with robot tech the macross saga not straight up macross

Someone really should do some sort of necromancy to raise this story or maybe its author from the dead; if this story and the intended third one had been completed the trilogy would easily have been the best fanfic produced by the entire Macross fandom.

Then again, what's been released so far could probably claim that title anyway despite Book II being stone-cold dead; there doesn't seem to be much in the way of (good) Macross fanfiction on the Internet as it is.

Please don't let it end here! This story has been the best fan-fic I have ever read. I know it's been a while but please, please finish this story!

i take one thing back from my last comment after writing that i found a macross frontier fanfiction that after reading it is pretty good and the macross frontier equvilent of this fanfiction maybee it will fill the hole the incompleteness of this left me i would suggest others read macross frontier united we stand so far not as good but it is pretty good i would suggest fans of this to read that

i still wish this fan fic could come back i want to see the end this and part 3 for the fan fic to come full circle but that hope will never come )
