Another story of yours that I loved! The idea of someone pretending to be in a relationship with someone else to make a third party jealous is not new, but I never would have thought to apply that idea to Kurama and Botan, especially making Kaito Botan's "boyfriend"! This story hit home to me because Kurama and his unfortunate position is very relatable. Just about everyone has been in position in which their crush goes out with someone else. Kurama trying to understand Botan choosing Kaito over him is interesting, saddening, and even funny at times (such as when Kurama threw all of his pillows and bedsheets across the room like a child throwing a fit). Your good writing allowed me to see his progression from disbelief and denial, to failing to rationalize Botan's decision, to sadness and confusion and to Kurama's eventual realization that he only cares for whatever makes Botan happy (even if he is still very jealous of Kaito and wants to kill him XD). Kurama's emotional turmoil was very much explored, but things are different with Botan. The progression from trying to help Kurama in the beginning to realizing that she is hurting Kurama and that she likes him is a journey, too, but with less scenes from Botan's POV that isn't shown as much as Kurama. The ending, though a bit short and abrupt, was satisfying. Finally Kurama learned the truth and he was able to punch Kaito in the face. XD This is a wonderful story! Thanks for writing it (and a sequel to it, too)!

I really like the story. I do feel like it did come to a conclusion in chapter 5. This feels less like an epilogue and more like a beginning. If you've still got inspiration left, I think you should use this as the first chapter of the sequel. :)
