| mysterychild chapter 1 . 12/10/2010 I've heard of all these ways to get rid of hiccups. In fact, the last one is quite similar in it's hilarity to something someone did for my (now) husband. He couldn't get rid of his hiccups while at work and a female coworker, who was usually very quiet, came up to him and started saying how she's always really liked him and did he ever know that? ... and then while he was standing there flabbergasted, she said, "any more hiccups?". - The other approach my friend was to walk up to someone who had hiccups and with dramatic flare say, "Cantaloupe.. Just think about that for a moment.. Cantaloupe." And because they person would be so confused, they'd go back to her, or she would go back to them after a couple of minutes and say, "so how's those hiccups?" and their hiccups would be gone. lol we all have our methods I suppose ;) |
