That was so good... and so sad! I almost cried!

that was one of the best fanfics ive ever read! it was really great! i like it a lot because its very original. i havent had so much fun reading a story in a while. so THANK YOU so much! wonderfully written.

Oh wow... that's was so sad and magnificently written. I started crying! You know what would make a good scene near the end, after Katma's death? Malon standing in the rain, exactly as her mother did.

Also, what caused Katma to die? Just general illness? The doctor should probably diagnos her, before he says she's going to die.

I absolutely love this! A perfect "companion" to the story of Link's parents! And I love the foreshadowing! Great work!

Aw...that little scene with Malon and her mom, saying how Epona should love her love too...it's so sweet because Epona does love Link _ And eek, the way you described Darvin...he's exactly like how you described him in this story in your Bloodlines book...aggressive o_O;;

This story was probably the only story ever that actually made me have tears in my eyes...it made me think of my mom :'(

I've never actually read a fic about Malon's mom. All I can say is...I've never actually pictured how she'd be like...and reading this does sort of make Malon's mom sound like she would be the kind of person how you wrote her as..._ P.S. I used to be 'Star Sage'...let's see if I can keep this penname...

Ohmygoshadorable! *dies and melts into a puddle* So fluffy...so good... Talon is adorable in this. And Katma is so cute and strange (in a good way), and I like her view of the world very much. Especially her view on people being nice.

I love how you go into character backgrounds like this. The only thing I'm confused about was the Queen Alea thing. Was this before her and Churo decided they weren't getting married? Or am I screwing up names... But I was pretty sure Alea wasn't the one what married Churo.

Other than that confusion though, ohmygosh. Just... I really loved it. The writing and the portrayal of Talon as someone who was kind of stiff, and then he gradually became looser throughout the story, and you know from the game that he's a very carefree individual. Knowing Katma had that effect on him (even if I didn't see it completely in the story), is such good characterisation.
