Hi again! I know you probably don't even see these anymore, but I just got seriously excited because there are multiple audio books for L M Montgomery that were released last year that have never before been released. I've been re-listening to my old copies of the books in audio that had been released, and shock of shocks, Anne of Ingleside is FINALLY in unabridged audio format now. I'm going to try really hard to go through Anne of The Glen (your # 5.5 here) prior to delighting in that and see how I take to it all.

Thank you again for such a marvellous work. It truly fits in well. I can't stop telling people about it. I keep wondering if some of the nature-fluff that Maud was always told to dispense with is in a box somewhere and if some of that was mixed in with Anne of The Glen it would be entirely feasible as an official 5.5. If you want me to express more detail in what I love about these chapters, I shall. Just let me know. Peace.

I love this fanfic! Its so well done. Everyones so in character and also your writing is so very much like lm montgomerys herself! Wonderful job done! Its a lovely story but i wish there was more gilbert and anne romance, and some of the stories like the anne's difficult birth of shriley and how susan 'makes' shirley her own child i dont like but they are nevertheless great stories. Lovely! Wish you continued!

Alas, one of the few anachronisms you've had in this otherwise splendid fic. The result of the 1902 by-election for the West Queen's riding (the approximate location of the Glen, and the only by-election on or around the right year on the Island) returned a solid majority for the Liberal candidate.

What a fantastic story it turned out to be! I must repeat what everybody seems to think: it all could be taken straight from LMM's mouth! It really does seem a continuation of House of Dreams and a prelude to Anne of Ingleside. Congrats!

You really did a good job of inhabiting L.M. Montgomery's style and characters, these easily could have been slipped in between the chapters of her books.
