I really like it!

I know I have read this story several times and can't believe that I haven't reviewed it. I am so bad. This is such a unique story but very believable and lovely. You did a great job with all the characters. I'd say more but I have a sequel to re-read.

I know it took me a long time to read this story but I'm glad that I found it. What a great characterization of Grissom and his struggle. You captured him wonderfully. I see there is a sequel so I will be reading that next. Thank you for this tory.

This is an excellent story, just found it, yes, I know, it is 2010 now. It is upsetting that I missed this story until now! I loved it, though. Each word!

Wow, I wish now that I had read these in order, but both were excellent as standalones. You had great insights into the characters and handled the situation realistically.

I know you wrote this a long time ago, but since your update to the sequal is fairly recent, I suppose I'll review anyway.(I am part of the review revolution after all)

Anyway, great job! I was a tad uncomfortable about the entire 'naked Grissom on the bathroom floor' thing at first(don't get me wrong, he's my favorite character on the show, and honestly I find him attractive, but that doesn't mean I want to think about him being naked) but I got over it as the chapter went on. And besides, it takes a really good writer to turn something like that into something worth reading! I also love the length of the chapters, although I'm not certain how long the others are I suppose I'll hope for the best!

Well, thanks for giving me an excuse to stay up 24 minutes longer, I think I might just stay up 24 minutes more...

I'll finally have a chance to read the sequel this coming week, and I wanted to re-read this first to refresh my memory. I have to say again that this story was wonderful on so many levels. Your portrayal of Grissom's recovery was especially excellent; you didn't shy away from the difficulties he'd have faced with the extent of his injuries. Too many writers take an easy way out, never dealing with the consequences of a serious injury, but you handled it well. The growing relationship between the Geeks was just too sweet for words, the bumps along the way notwithstanding. Can't wait to start the sequel.
