Ooh! Love it. Well, okay, so I hated when she was hurt like that, but I love how much her family loves her. I feel sorry for Zack- too much guilt. It explains how he turns out, but it's still hard. Loved that even when she's little Max is still protecting the people she considers family. Enjoying how you're creating Max and his relationship for us. Loved that he overheard Lydecker- I can't wait to see where you go with this.

Ooh! I love Max/Zack fics! There are way too few of them, and knowing that you're such a good reader I'm sure this one is going to rock! I am actually Malec of course, but I still love M/Z. This one is too cute. Tell me that you let them find each other and be happy after the escape too?

Aww, Zack is really sweet to Max. Its terrible how Max always get singled out for punishment. Poor girl. I hope things get better for her soon.

I loved it. ) And secondly, I just wanted to say that, yes, I've discovered your fics through the communities of Dark Angel! I wanted to post my reviews after I'd finished reading your fics, but figured that I'd post this now, just so you won't think I'm unfriendly or something. :)

So I've finished reading 'The days before', and I absolutely loved it! Zack's protectiveness over Max is so heartfelt and touching; and I just loved how he comforted her after all those experiments they did on her. (gr) Your attention to detail is very good as well; I loved reading about the young X5 missions.

Great job! I'm still in the midst of reading your other fics Whose Love? and Together We'll Fight; will post a review once I've caught up!

We most definitely NEED more Max/Zack shippers and Zack fans around this forum...it's not easy being a ship of the minority! :) Here's to Max and Zack forever! :)
