Tbh this is one is the best fanfictions I've read

I watch the Phantom of the Opera for the second time the other day, and realize just how amazing a movie it was. Then I got hooked and look for fan fics and stumble across this one. This is probably one of the best written stories I have read on here. I absolutely love it! You do not know how many hours of sleep I've lost trying to finish this. Once again it was wonderful!

It must be nice to still get reviews so long after you've finished your story ne? Anyways, I only just started it yesterday, and I have very much enjoyed it. I don't remember all the little comments or questions I had as I read, but there were two things I wanted to thank you for. One was that, most of the Phantom fics I read seem to be just the exact same story over again. Characters are re-encarnated, or essentially the exact same things happen over again, to Erik, only with different names, and yes he gets the girl. It drove me nuts. There were a couple of times, early on, when it rather looked like that might be the case here too, but I was very glad to find that you put my fears to rest, and that, with the exception of a few parallels,not everything was a repeat. (For example, I was so glad when...shoot...was it Isabelle? Got the Juliete role instead of Erik forcing the directors to give it to Elle) So thank you for that, and good job! The second thing was, I was very very greatful that, when you mentioned Christine, you mentioned that she was happy and married to Raoul, even if (of course) Erik was upset and suffering. I must be one of the 3 females on the entire planet who prefers Raoul over the Phantom (I'm not much one for easily angered and manipulative types, not that I'm denying the extreme seducing appeal) and it's very very difficult to find a fic that just lets the story between Christine and Raoul end quietly and happily. I thought that your method was not only very tasteful, but also more appropriate to the original story. So, once again, thank you, and you did an excellent job .

A bit fluff? more like better keep writing stories w/same amount of interest because i stayed up late for days just to finish the story.

I like that its not quite like the others in a do have a student/teacher love thing but I like the fact it wasnt so obviouse this is sorta possitive yet a negetive because there wasnt much that really backed up the fact that they like each other and the end was just like "the loved each other,married,happy ever after...yadayadaya..." On the other had that is partly why i like the story it doent focus on solely on the relationship but more of the main characters thoughts and life.

All in all a rating of 99.9 or A
