I'm glad Clark was strong in your story (unlike his decisions in TV Series) and not allowed Lana in his life again.

Im sorry but if you do not make a sequel you are crazy! This is the second time I have read this story and I just love it! It is so hard for me to find well written series of Lexana. I am begging you to make a part two, maybe where Lana does redeem herself and he and Lex take Alexander away from Lois and then they try to stop her? It would be great! Please write a sequel. It is the perfect cliffhanger for one!

Oh! If only other fan fiction were half so good! This story (so long! so wonderful!) is marvelous. It has a plot the writers of Smallville should envy, dead-on charecterizations (even Isabel!) and a realistic and quite touching ending. You clearly had a great grasp on all the characters here and conveyed them with amazing skill.

first off i must say that was an excellent story, one that had an excellent plot and excellent characterization. it really read like a movie. secondly, i've never been a fan of clark and lana (b/c they bore me to tears with their lack of chemistry), but talk about showing someone the way. i mean lana and lex should be the next supercouple of smallville (the show not the town, lol).

and as for those clana ppl who are pondering the development of your story...um HELLO...there's something called foreshadowing...inevitability. i mean how DUMB do you have to be not to see that this story was headed in a lex/lana pairing from several chapters ago. lana is OBVIOUSLY a different person. she's not the girl that clark fell in love with. the woman that she's become is a little too complicated for simple clark (even though i love the boy) to handle or comprehend. THAT'S why he couldn't get past her doing all those things...even knowing it was isobel...and THAT'S why he can't be with her. and even if he did accept her, lana wouldn't be happy with him in the long run. she's grown out of him. she would always be longing for lex...or at least someone like him. DUH!

on a side from my ranting...are you gonna write a lex/lana sequel, b/c that would be great to see how they deal with isobel being in lois' body.

OMG! I can't wait 2 C what happens! Update ASAP!

Like I say a lot, you should make this into a book or a movie! It's awesome! This is a good idea for a smallville movie...

I love this story! Absolutely brilliant.

I LOVED this story, I was so excited when I had found the rest of the chapters, I hope there will be a second one with some Lexana fluff, maybe about how he tries to get his son? It seems weird he would not try to see him now that (he thinks) Isobel is gone! AWESOME FIC!

This story was absolutely amazing! Too bad it had to end. But it felt like season 6 or 7 of Smallville, truly magnificent. I'm the biggest Lexana fan. Excellent job! :D

This story was amazing! Very well written and well done. I think you should ignore the people whining because Lana ended up with Lex instead of Clark. It wouldn't have worked for the story for her to end up with Clark. Having her end up with Lex though was exactly right for this story. I'm not any kind of a shipper and it really gets me how people could read a fanfic and then whine at the author to change the ending to better fit their ship. Great fic, and don't listen to the naysayers!

The ending was so-so. I didn't like that Lana ended up with Lex. I'm a real Clana fan-so can u do a sequel? And Lana ends up with Clark maybe?

Nevermind all the murders and the 'wolf' thing he's got going and hasn't stopped? I like the cliffhanger ending but come on, it's a little too simplistic for such an interesting and complicated story. But I did really like it so aside from the ending, amazing job
