This was marvelous, I love the style-it fits in with Hitch hikers briliantly. I thought the ending worked really well. You nailed both the characters well too.

Where can I get Ford and Arthur Plushies? I very much want! And I will absolutely vote for you for president. Good luck with your campaign. So yeah, the story. Very funny. There are many lines I like -you have a gift for describing everything using the perfect ironic Adams tone- but the one that made me laugh loudest was:

"Arthur looked at him like he had just suggested they gnaw each other leg’s off and beat the other to death with the severed limbs."

I'm not sure why, but I think that's did Zaphod and Trillian have to arrive just then, though? Ford and Arthur didn't get to snog nearly enough. Maybe you could write a sequel in which they figure out that they don't actually have to be having a near death experence to enjoy snogging. )

neat. i think i'm utterly loving a/f since the movie. i loved the beginning v. good it sounded like something out of the guide, the noglomians where quite credible.
