dark hope1 chapter 7 . 2/23/2012
I kind of like this story a lot. It's just you touch upon a lot of things that most people don't. Superman being an alien to himself because he thinks himself as human even though he is clearly not, J'onn being an actual alien still coming to terms with being outside to everyone and learning, Wonder Woman and her devotion to her gods and how she prays to them daily, and Batman with his family that he needs and the new family that he is slowly forming. I really do just love this story. And the writing was excellent.

Awesome chapter. It's hard to write Batman, but I think you nailed his annoying know-it-all superior attitude and poker face perfectly!

This is wonderful.

This story series was amazing. Most of the chapters were beautifully tragic and both Bruce and Diana had wonderful bitter sweet endings. Truly great work.

Ebony Secrets chapter 6 . 7/25/2006
Your summary for this does NOT do it justice. (haha, no pun intended)

Because I've seen practically nothing of Justice League, I don't know how much of a role mythology plays in canon. Personally, I thought your blending of the two was excellent, the language used beautiful.

At the end, I couldn't stop the contented sigh from escaping at your snowglobe idea; it's just so perfectly bittersweet. I suppose I would have liked to see more of my Bruce, but I don't suppose it would have been very in-character for him.
Ebony Secrets chapter 7 . 7/25/2006
You may have hated it, but I really enjoyed this story. I haven't read a lot of Justice League fanfic (meaning yours is the first), and my favorite character thus far has to be my dear Batman. Therefore, when I saw the story for Bruce, I kinda just jumped ahead, haha.

Anywho, this line: "If that means blending the lights and music of one family together with the garish colors of another, and this keeps him from the insanity he knows is never as far as he hopes, then so be it" was beautifully written. I love the expressive language, and even though this isn't the first instance of comparing personality to colour, this is a very new portrayal of it.

Lovely work!

*Shayera* was awesome.
Proponent of EVO chapter 7 . 10/14/2005
That Bruce and Clark bit at the end was awesome: "And then Clark came into his life, the sun to Bruce's shadow, and he found a brother where he hadn't even wanted a friend."

I honestly can't find fault with this piece. Great job!
Elemental chapter 7 . 10/6/2005
I love it. Your take on Bruce was amazing. You shouldn't hate it.
MollyTheWanderer chapter 2 . 10/6/2005
Have to say that was beautiful. You actually wrote it as if it were on superspeed, like thoughts running through Wally's mind. I love it, great job.
A.T chapter 7 . 10/5/2005
I'm sorry that you kind of hate this story, BUT I enjoyed it. A lot. :) Lovely.
Saturn's Hikari chapter 6 . 8/15/2005
I lied.

This one is my favorite.

Happy and Bittersweet and there was TIM! and my heart bleeds for Diana. I love your writing stly and I adore this. The gods and Diana and the winter king was just wonderful.

The idea for this is brillent. I mean. Diana pregant yes, but to birth the king to save the World is just an amazing tie-in with mythology.

I'm not sure if that was Greek mythology that had that. I mean, I know it's in alot of Russain tales and Mists of Avalon and, well, Terry Pratchett, but was that Greek also?

I LOVE this!
