Despite not knowing half these characters, I found this story very fun and engaging. I know it's been a while since you updated this, but I do hope you pick it back up at some point.

Great story! It may not be a new story but it's new to me. I love it! Not sure if anyone one else has ever pointed this out (I think I'm sort of good at seeing things others don't) but a vampire like Angel could be a reincarnation of someone after all. Whether it's a Rurouni Kenshin character or not, reincarnation is not impossible. It all depends on how the soul stuff works. When Liam was turned into Angelus, his body was as dead and soulless as if he had died a more normal way. Liam's soul could have continued onward in a reincarnation cycle. In fact, the gypsies' curse might have stolen Liam's soul from a living person, putting that person in a soon to be dead vegetable state. It suddenly hits me that sometime way before the curse, Angelus might have even killed one of Liam's reincarnations. Somehow, I don't think a demon spirit would like the soul that used to inhabit the body; even if they didn't recognize each other, I think there would be a strong subconscious repulsion.

Yet another amazing piece of fiction, and I cannot wait to see what else is in store for me! :)

saw this fic yesterday-its the best Halloween transform fic of the buffyvwerse i read.
it got me interested in the nightwalkerws fandeom-and had me watch that anime, as well as search for all the other fandoms and charecters i never heard of before.

i didnt regret it.
as always wit your works- i really want a sequel.

A fine story, although I feel it focussed a bit too heavily on Kenshin. More of the Buffy crew reacting to getting a brain transplant would have been nice.
