Yes! An update!

Honestly, I feel terrible for saying this, but I wasn't all that impressed with this chapter. I don't know if I'm getting harder to please or what...

The plot seemed a little jumpy to me, and the death of James' parents was too...simple, maybe? I just expected more build-up, and a greater reaction from James.

I'm also missing the rest of the Marauders. James and his friends were so close, it just seems odd that they've been out of the picture for the last few chapters or so. But I do realize that James and Lily are the main focus.

Even though this chappie wasn't my favorite, I still have faith that you can end your story on a fantastic note! I am eager to read about James, Lily, and co.'s graduation from Hogwarts and see how Sirius reacts to the news.

oh...that's so sad! i was nearly criying. poorpoor james. and sirius too. at least he has lily who knows what it feels like. good chapter. i can't wait for the next one.

In the previous chapter, James could not enter Lily's room because of the wards put up by Dumbledore. Assuming that neither Lily nor James have enough magical power between them to take take down a ward put up by Dumbledore, how did James enter her bedroom?

let me just say...that while this story is SO AWESOME...i really don't like the fact that Sirius is so cold towards James. They're supposed to be best friends, but Sirius seems to like Lily more.
