Ahaha. That's so funny. I've actually thought about that before while reading the manga. I'll be reading something about Hatori and then I'd be like "Female seahorses don't get pregnate. Eww... a pregnate Hatori .

Just thought I'd say that I read sakura snows and i absolutely loved it! But the computer wouldn't let me submit my review so I'll just say that you could be a brilliant author in your own right if you made some characters because you really go deep into the story. On this one - the play of the century, I wanna find out what happens next! I didn't realise that it was by the same person but i should have guessed, but i really would like to read on. Hehe, it's an interesting concept.

I liked it. There were some missing spaces, you used more than twenty ellipses, and you referred to Ayame and Hatori (though maybe not Shigure?) by their animals, but beyond that, it was actually pretty good. Go for the humor muse!

Oh, wait, you also lost track of yourself in the middle. I know that's normal in everyday life, but try keeping with one main stream of thought and maybe some related threads. Seahorses going into labor probably aren't going to be in the school play.

In any case, it might have been better to have split the two ideas into separate one shots or something. In my opinion, of course.

...And now this has spawned a frightening idea for a parody!fic for me. Oh dear. I don't even like Mpreg fics...
