I know this was posted a while ago (and I am also quite sure i've come across it before), but i feel it deserves another review. Very poetic! Really conveys images and emotions very well. Great job! Thank you for posting this

The poetic style in which this was written complimented the theme of the story well. It had a way to make the reader hopelessly breathless at the end. Enjoyed very much.

There's a common saying where some skilled few can paint a whole world with just words alone, but this here- this was a fkn' movie.

I have read a lot of stories by now, and no doubt, there's been many who were able to make realistic sceneries come to life, but I've only gone across a small batch that can make it /move/. The ending right there was absolutely magnifique.

I could literally see the wind blow over the field, only to end in a breeze. Unknowingly, a harbinger of a close friend/sensei's death. You can tell you've found a good, no- an amazing writer, if they managed to bring a whole scene /infused/ with emotions in just one line (and especially, just a short one-shot).

How you kept the theme and motifs consistent (the leaves and the seasons) and yet also /how/ you incorporated them into the story- yes, yes, you get the idea.

I have no regrets of that 5 min. of my life. Thanks for sharing this [:

I love the imagery in this story. Each sentence conjures up a crystal-clear image in my mind. It's very poetic. I like the snapshots of lives, of scenes, and of emotions, all tied to the seasons. It's a beautiful glimpse of that generation.

Wow - I guess awesome doesnt totally cover what I think this fan fic is, brilliant may be closer...

I love the way you told this story along the lines of the seasons! And how you describe Kakashis and Rins relationship and its progress, and the hints onto other characters - Genma pulling splinters out of his lips was a so funny image I burst out loud laughing... And the Hyuuga twins flirting? Oh, I want to see that!

The third part was as brilliant as the first and the second - I loved the image of Kakashi standing behind Rin while shes talking to Kurenai and waiting patiently... And the ending, though sad, was perfect. Absolutely.

GAH, so tragically sad, and so beautiful! Awesome one shot, great job!

So sad but so lovely too. Love the your setting the base by the seasons in Konoha and then dragging the reader from one poetic image after the other until the bitter end. Beautiful.
