Mercutio's got nothing on Hamlet for a long death scene here. I think Hamlet rattles on for half a page in my Compleate Works. That's quite a while. He proclaims himself dead a few times throughout. Mercutio's not that long in dying at all. |

I loved the flow and the language, especially this line: No, Mercutio had always been the brave and strong one. Crying was a thing for girls. But there was no bravery to trace near Mercutio now. It was really well-done. Poor Benvolio and Mercutio. |
