Really nice. I liked that you took into account the alternative presidencies, and the planning necessary to get there. Of course Sam will run for president, Jed said so ! And he already has a general idea of what he wants to be the priority. I love his friendship with Toby, and it was a great disappointment that we didn't see interact in the later seasons...

Trying to sell Santos as the Real Thing, on a level with Bartlet always left a sour taste in my mouth.

That was lovely! It seemed more true to the characters than most of the actual series dod! You portrayed the relationship between Sam and Toby just beautifully.

I loved the line "Because Toby did not ask him to be Josh to his Leo." Excellent!

Sam Seaborn would make a great President, even Bartlet thought so.

This is a great fic!

Hopefully the beginning of a great, and long, story about the actual campeign (though maybe not the whole 10/12 years)

Aw...Love it. Brilliant work, as always. I love reading your Sam/Toby banter and I loved the beginning where Sam's spouting off the 6th Amendment and everything else off the top of his head. And just read your profile...New part in the Fairytale Series? Yay! Can't wait! :-D
