Nicely done. Most slash Fiction that I've read has gone either into too much detail that wasn't needed, or held just the romance. Again, I like how you didn't make it all mush. :)

i like that you did a story on KC. he's definitely one of the coolest mallrats and there are so few stories that feature him at all. you described his escape well, focusing the details on his point of view of getting away and leaving us to ponder the fate of alice and the guardian. it was fitting that slade found him and i even like his interactions with jack. my only complaint would be how quickly they... confronted their feelings for each other. it's almost as if they'd had a history and were finally reunited and able to continue. i think in their case, a one shot isn't necessarily an appropriate amount of time to show their fondness for one another. but all in all it's pretty cool.
