For those who have graciously encouraged me to finish this story...I only wish I could. No time. No motivation. No inspiration. No mind to keep it all together. I'm finding it difficult to write the way I did when I first penned this story, the words just don't want to arise to the task. I know how I want this story to end, but losing all of my research material and future chapters with the Blue Screen of Death a few years back made it a challenge that overwhelmed me. Real Life raised its ugly head, as well. That doesn't mean that I will never finish YHCD, but for now I need to focus on other matters of importance. Thank-you for your patience. i can see how Elizabeth dislikes the turtles and Raphael dislikes her as well, maybe for the next chapter if she gets trapped inside somewhere with him, I think Elizabeth deserves to listen to mostly how Raphael feels, since she was the one that misjudged them, I really hope Raphael and Elizabeth can have a better friend relationship.

Hmmm, an interesting start to this story. I have to admit that I'm not a big fan of the POTC movies at all. I tried watching the first one and when it came to the part with the skull zombies or whatever they were, I pretty much stopped watching. However, I do think that this story will be good since it deals with the TMNT, so I'm going to keep on reading. Good job on the prologue.

Oookaaay... I almost died there xDDD. Even if I knew they couldn't die. At least, not now. And I hope never...

I have to say, though, that even if Raphael was named after an Italian painter, it is also an Spanish name, so I think Sparrow should have thought it was Spanish instead of Italian since they are more in contact with Spaniards and all. Even the name of the island is Spanish btw, so I thought it would have made more sense. But it isn't that important after all.
