Bravo bravo! I love this story so much! And it was so cool to read a story from a little kid's point of view! I love how you kept the Titans' personalities even though they were a lot younger.

I loved your characterizations of each of the Titans: Robin, who wants to be the best just to impress Bruce and sticks too much to the rules; Raven, who's abused but trying to be strong; Terra, a compulsive liar with good intentions (mostly); Vic, who's been in an accident but ends up being the big brother to everyone; Wally, hyperactive and charming and obnoxious; Jade, who's tough and loves to beat up Roy; and so on. I also loved how you characterized Bruce, who's stern and uncompromising but with a definite soft side. I especially loved the storyline with Robin's jealousy over that soft side.

I was amazed at how well you got into little kids' heads. It was just how I thought when I was little.

All in all, this was wonderful. I had to read it in one sitting.

This was absolutely, totally, and completely a work of brilliance. Does that sentence even make sense? Ah well, it was just SO DAMN GOOD! I loved it.

I loved the way you described how they felt about water - some people don't write kids well, y'know? (I'm one of them) but the way you wrote it was excellent. Enjoyed it so so much.

Haha. I used to be part of a swim team - and yes, I really didn't like meets. (not quite as bad as text and exams, but almost). It was great, the way you describe got Bruce acted around the kids, and the way they talk and thought - 3 -hearts.

As for the plot, I have no complaints. So cute, the way they overcame their fears and similar, became friends - I would love to read this again (which I amdoing right now).

Thankyou so much for the AWESOME read. Reminds me of my swimming days (in which I hated floors, because they were dirty; and you had to walk with bare feet). Loved it.

I am in love with this story. This is seriously one of the best stories in the TT category that I have ever read.

You've managed to creat an entertaining world where, not only are the characters made younger and believable, but hilariously funny, where most of the characters had at least one bonding moment with each of the others, and THERE WAS NO ROMANCE.

None. Zilch. Nada. Zero. Goose-egg. Nothing. Not even a smidgen of a hint.

You incorporated almost all characters, they were all in character for their ages, and you made their friendships so sweet. Vic was awesome being the sort of big brother like he is in the show, and I just fell in love with Wally, him helping all of them in some way or another.

The only thing that slightly- very slightly- jarred me about this was that Raven and Robin weren't closer, and they never really seemed to have made up. Because the two were really close in the show.

But I understand; little kid's symdrome I suppose. XD

I am now off to read the sequel, and I'm DEFINITELY putting this in my faves. You've totally made my day with this. Wow... just... wow. :D

Aww... I didn't realize how much I missed swimming until I read this. Your story was so good...very well written with good descriptions and just enough angst. I think that it is hilarious that all little kid's swim meets are exactly the same. From trying to get the attendants to give you left over candy, to sneaking onto the slides at the big pools where they'd hold championships, all of your cute scenarios hit a familiar note with me! i really, really enjoyed this story. Thank you! You have inspired me to write my first ever review on and I've been coming here a long time. Now I'm off to your author's page to see what else you've got...
