| Obs. B chapter 1 . 10/11/2015 I really loved this. It was a thoughtful, well written piece, and I think you did a wonderful job blending the book and the movie in a way I have not seen before. The style was clearly reminiscent of the book, and the letter seemed like something that could very well have been in place then. And the events of the movies are seamlessly integrated into this style, and match well. My only quarrel/quibble with it was the ending... it seems altogether too soon for them to be already married... it seems she would be writing to tell Edith of her engagement, not yet already being M. Thornton. But other than that, I enjoyed it a lot... thank you. |
