You did a particularly good job with the partner digimon. Making them individuals and giving them interactions between the humans who aren't their partners.

It may have been useful to repeat the prophecy at some places in the story, at least in part if not in whole. Particularly when Willis spent the night at TKs and was trying to think it over. It was a bit of a pain to flip back to where it was written for reference. Repeating something central to the story seems useful.

It feels like something was missing due to there not being an explicit backstory/reason on why the trinity feels a special connection. Each having an angel digimon and a spiritual/religious based crest doesn't seem enough to me for the special bond talked about. I kept waiting for some explicit connection to the angels from the fallen city, or some sort of past life thing to be made. I like lore...

Some times the sense of timing felt off. People's words and thoughts made it sound like the story had been set over a long time period even when the story had only been going on for a few daysthe story itself only covers a one week time period.

I personally would have liked some more emphasis on the TK-Kari, Kari-Willis sides of the trinity. Time wise I think the Willis-TK relationship had a bit more time spent on it than the Kari-Willis relationship (though that could be recency bias), which both had more time than TK-Kari (but hey, it was a Willis centric story so that makes sense). But the strength of the Willis-TK relationship seemed deeper/more significant than the other two which made the trinity aspect seem a little lopsided/ubalanced to me. Maybe another way to put it is that the Willis-TK connection seemed stronger than Willis' friendship with the others, the Willis-Kari relationship felt largely the same as Willis and anybody else (he was written as an exceptionally good friend as a baseline which probably blurs things more). Take that with a lump of salt though as Kari is my favourite character (the more she's in a story the better for me) and I'm big on Takari so the romantic feelings seeming less strong/significant than bromantic feelings seems weird to me.

I'm sorry I'm late on reviewing! Suspenseful chapter! Every time Takeru gets excited/interested about Eden I just get this awful feeling in my stomach. Sunshine noooooo she's got all the bad vibes! Eden needs a vibe check! I'm excited for how you'll wrap this up!
