Nice story . . I love it ;)

I love this story! It takes a most offbeat story that is also very much in character for Naruto (and Hinata for that matter), one that shows just how much Naruto cares for the villagers in general, and the orphans in particular, and spins it into a wonderful yarn full of fluff and the occasional Japanese folktale. You did a great job of story-weaving and character-building - even for only two chapters. I also like the open ending, leaving the outcome to the imaginations of the audience, rather than spelling everything out.

Absolutely fantastic!

This was a good one too, even with the kids' adorable heavy-handed tale to answer that Hinata & Naruto told them. Yes, even the cute kids can see it. :) All the same, it was OK that Naruto got a little stubborn about it and wouldn't automatically ask Hinata to be his girlfriend. As your story stated, big things can come from small beginnings, and now the idea is in his head... Hinata definitely appreciated the kids, since they managed to say more than she could on her own, and gave her a boost. Good one all around.

This story is full of fluffy cuteness. It made me smile a lot! It was also a good way of getting Hinata and Naruto to spend time together that didn't involve a mission or a confrontation with S-class enemies. :) It's a good way for Naruto to get to know Hinata as a person, and for Hinata to to have Naruto recognize her as a person who can be fun to be with.

This is so cute. I was starting to feel embarrassed for them.

That was positively a gem of a fic to stumble across. I think you got the portrayal of the children spot on. I have a notebook in which I write many of the things my son has said while growing up in, and going back and rereading it is one of my favorite activities. Some of it is disturbingly intelligent for his age at the time, even if he didn't have a clue what it was he was saying.

I am a die-hard NaruHina fan, and this hit the spot even though it was very light on the interactions and discovered feelings fare that I'm normally caught enjoying late at night when I think nobody is reading over my shoulder. I think the interaction between the children and ninja, as well as the snide comments from the adults ensconced in the peanut gallery really made it for me.

I even have no complaints about spelling or grammar. This is something that can really break an otherwise fantastic story. I found no mistakes- glaring or otherwise- that stood out enough to stick in my head through the story to point out here.

In short, one of the most spectacular fics I've come across recently. I look forward to sampling your other work.

I am not a pairing-fan, nor do I like fluff stories... normally.

This story is just exceptional, the plot is plausible, the interactions are funny and the ending was hilarious and very well done, it ended just at the very fitting moment for me.

I can see naruto doing this kind of stuff in the orphanage, I can see Hinata helping him and I can see the kids reacting like that.

By the way, the kid who played Shino wins.

"I may be creepy…." The boy playing Shino threw plastic bugs everywhere. "And Naruto can't remember who I am when he comes back to the village…." He shook his head. "But at least I can see what's happening under my noz."
