Nice story.

That was very sweet, and well written. I assume that it took place btw seasons 2&3, which feels about right.

I'm a sucker for Daddy/Daughter stories, and I can see Hakoda as a restless prankster as a kid. I love the idea of Katara's mother, Kya, wearing her mother's old betrothal necklace as a placeholder, waiting for her boy to grow big enough to carve her one himself!

The innocent Kataang moment at the end topped it all off well. The only thing this story was missing was a comic interlude by Sokka, but, hey, the guy's gotta sleep! :)

Oh, wow that was amazingly well written, and totally in character! I feel like this really happened in the show ha and it just wasn't shown. so cute too 3 Kataang forever.

This was a FANTASTIC story. A great idea terrificly executed. I cannot stress enough just how much I love this story. Definitely in my top 5 favorite fanfics.

I could hear this in my mind's eye and see it there as well. I heard Mae and whoever plays Hakoda acting this out like an actual episode!

Beautifully written; I love how you connected Kataang with Hakoda's own relationship experience. Very believable, and it makes it almost probable that Kataang will finish the seriee.

Wonderful story. I love the bond Katara has with her father and of course, with Aang. I think you described their relationship beautifully.

That was really, really good. It wasn't too mushy, and it was very realistic. It seems like something that could really happen. It was perfect in terms of the relationship that they have, and I love how you created that story of Katara's parents. Excellent job! Maybe you should write a sequel!
