I really like how open they are here, nothing like life threatening situations and enemies to unite against so they feel together in this.
What I like the most I think is how Kagome and Kurama's relationship is being cemented with trust and understanding first and foremost.

So the epic battle ends. It was a great fight scene, despite some incongruousness here and there like how Kurama is thinking he has no energy left for a rose whip but then he swoops in to save Kagome from being overwhelmed with more power than he previously showed but leaves Karasu unchecked for a few minutes and he politely waits for him to come back or something.
Souta was also great here, very brave instead of crying in confusion.

Yes! Kagome is back on the game, again why the hell doesn't she take a small armory everywhere she goes by this point. Kurama has the mental space to look at Kagome's figure haha but they both make a great team.

This much hostage situation is bad for Kurama's health, Kagome must be beyond pissed at being in this event as well. I know I would be, heck if I were Kagome the first thing I would have done upon returning to the modern era (and still having the stupid jewel) would be take all kinds of martial arts plus an exam to have guns or something.

So much drama, the previous chapters were too mundane and now apart from the long awaited meeting between Kurama and Kagome an enemy appears and his cover is blown.

Her family is so amazing here, Souta being protective and her mother understanding. I think they are more into this as a way to keep Kagome out of her own depression.

Kurama seems a little weird here but in a good kind of way, much more relaxed and fitting on his own skin and situation. He even makes sincere jokes with his family and is willing to tie the knot on the wish of a dead man he never truly got to know.

Damn I wish this story was continued, I want to hear more of the priestess of legend since this story has brought up enough of Kurama, I'm also curious of what the Rekai think of Kagome and the Jewel that is back with her
