ALKJDALDF. That was all sorts of wonderful.

This is where you laugh at me. I've read this story four times, whenver I'm low or need something to make me chuckle. The bratwurst joke? Gets me every time. And this bit:

'“I thought you were straight,” Tezuka murmurs, feeling the heat in his face as he covers it with his hands.

“Mm.”

A few beats.

“I didn’t think I could make it any more obvious,” Atobe drawls then, and Tezuka hopes he stays locked in that room forever.'

*actually snickered, reading it again*

The fragmented style really works, and you kind of have this whole comfortable, expectant silence thing going on, broken by interludes of speech that only add to the feeling. I really like it. It made my toes curl the first time I read the ending, and I scrunched up my shoulders and went 'aww' then giggled.

Oh, kudos to you for being able to write in present tense by the way. I'm stuck in past. And it's a really hard one to work with, getting everything right and all...So yeah. Thanks for writing it _
