Amazing Can't wait to finish the rest of it.

This was a VERY cleverly written story! I liked BOTH ending versions, but have to say I'm partial to Alt. A. You don't see many stories like these here, so this was a breathe of fresh air.

I haven't read Ver. A yet, but B seems pretty hard to beat...guess I'll see!

There were so many times where I thought this was going to end in a Kira victory, and L would be stuck in that situation with Light, every night...

It wasn't looking good.

Which makes the ending all the better, as nothing like that happened!

The alternative one was better..and as a matter of fact,,, L DOES NOT have the mentality of a servant..

Wait..so...I'm supposed to skip to chapter 7 and read till the end before I read chapters 3 to 6?

I love this version so much! So sweet, beautiful, and believable.

I've always wanted to review seperately on the two versions of this masterpiece,but since I suck at review,then I'll make it short in one.I dare say that IS one of the most effing awesome mindfucking in-character whatever-it-is i've ever read in my whole fangirl life GODDAMN the A ver makes you go ''awwwwww'' and I'm such a sweet tooth,*wipe tears*,the B ver is even more I can't really imagine Light to be the type to give up his own idealism just for views himself as a sacrifice for a better world,right?But the most perfect thing is,you manage to come up with a way to save both of their lives *hohohoho* while on the other hand capture their characters so suprisingly give us an specific insight into their mind and make the flow of the story very are still plotting against each other but there is a side of feeling in their mind (which does not affect and contort their idealism after all) and that is sooooo in-character and sooooooooo sweet *sob loudly*

Really loved this story. I think this was the first time I read a death note fic where Light and L plot against each other and their plans are actually realistic, intelligent and amazing. Also totally in character in my opinion, with the exception of the first chapter and how quick they got together. But I get it that the important part in the story was about how Light would really react if he suddenly couldn't kill L anymore. Love the idea of blackmail and think it totally fitting. Wish you had written more DN ffs...and btw I preferred the Version B, I can't imagine Light sitting around doing nothing instead of finding a solution

That was just.. great. Now, comments! :) The first version was really quite fluffy and great for fangirls.. like me. . But the second version [as much as I hate to admit it], is more realistic. Kira-Light is a sadistic bastard, and that'd never change. I kind of wished that Light just admitted he was Kira and stuff to his father directly.. still bitter that Soichiro stayed in the dark even at his end. D: Anyway, added to my favorites. :D

Beautiful beyond words. I loved both versions.
