Hermione's reaction to Tonks' base form - that reaction (from Hermione) is Harry's typically reaction - in not just THIS fanfiction to Tonks' base form, but Harry's reaction to her base form in MOST fanfiction. (Basically, Tonks is beautiful - regardless.) It's not apparent to Tonks - however, it is just as unapparent to *Hermione*. (Consider how many wizards had their minds blown by "The Dress" at the Yule Ball in fourth year - and including Harry and Ron.) In other words, it sounds Danged Familiar.

Okay; why Andromeda? First off, typically in fanfiction, SHE is the solicitor in the Tonks family (where Ted is, he is actually the JUNIOR one). Further, law is the one profession other than law enforcement that is not looked down on by pureblood wizards in terms of witches in the professional ranks; remember, Millicent Bagnold came up that way. For that reason alone, it can't be anybody else - literally. And that doesn't even consider the Dora connection. However, throw that in, and you guarantee Andromeda giving her best effort (blood vs. water).

Why would Remus hate Crouch? Two reasons; he SPECIFICALLY was the one that cashiered Remus Lupin from the Department of Magical Enforcement at the tailchase of the First Wizarding War (he was Director of MLE at the time); he was ALSO one of the three people (Millicent Bagnold and Albus Dumbledore were the other two) that threw Sirius Black in Azkaban WITHOUT A TRIAL. (Therefore, Remus has both professional AND personal reason to hate Crouch.) Also, Lorelei Lovegood (not Alice Longbottom) as godmother is explained - Luna is the other soul-bond ("Nymphy" was the first one); amazingly, her husband did NOT know.

Really loving this story so far. Hope it's not abandoned.

Another Prophecy - this one from Harry's own godmother. Also, Dumbles KNEW that Harry was not supposed to be anywhere NEAR the Dursleys (witness to Lily's will). Also, Harry has a CLEAN claim to the Slytherin title - and it has exactly squat to do with Conquest (who lied there - Riddle or Dumbledore?). In fact, Harry would be the first wizard to be hair to THREE of the four founders ever - for that reason alone, he would likely be stuck taking three wives (and that is irrespective of either Potter OR Black - and Harry is also Heir of both). Five wives - and that is just the FLOOR. The sixty-four-thousand galleon question is how many MORE wives will Harry be stuck taking? (as much as he would prefer, three won't be enough.)

Dora/Hermione/Luna: That happened due to a particular wizard that all three witches (including Dora herself) are gaga over - Harry. In Hermione's case, it goes all the way back to the troll; in Dora's case, it goes back (likely) all the way to while she used to be babysat by Harry's parents; in Luna's case, it is similar to that of Dora (this fanfic is AU in that Luna's mother - NOT Alice Longbottom - was Harry's godmother, Lastly, notice that Harry (and Harry alone) gets to call her "Nymphy"; not even her boss (I am referring to Amelia Bones - the Director of Magical Law Enforcement) gets to use the N word (as in Nymphadora - her whole first name); remember, Dora has whacked Dumbledore for using that word.

Heads-up on a later plot-wabbit that has invaded my head: Because of reading (and beta-ing) quite a few harem fics in the HP fanfic universe, I am trying to flesh out one of my own that is a cross between other harem-fanfic plots crossed with real-life experiences I have actually had; I call the idea the "Hot Bottom Witch Fan Club". (The idea mainly is inspired by "Harry Potter and the Witches' Secret" on the fanfic side; however, there IS inspiration on the real-world side (and I don't mean just muggle porn): women that flat-out go gaga over sex (and sometimes specific types of sex). Yes; it sounds like muggle porn, except for one thing - I've actually run into this PERSONALLY. In short, I was the male that had an experience with the female equivalent of an oversexed (as in horny) male; she liked sex - in fact, she was a fan of "doggy-style" sex (including anal sex). Where am I taking this: we have ALL seen (or read - or even written) Harry-with-a-Harem fanfiction - what if it turned out that the HBWFC was just as real - and was in fact driven by Harry Potter's magic? Witches among the student population, adult witches (including some in rather awkward places - such as faculty or Death Eater wives)? It even ties into the Power He Knows Not being love. My own story will involve at least one Hogwarts faculty witch, one Death Eater wife (and a certain female Death Eater) along with several witches (at the very least from Hogwarts and/or the general population); basically, the WIQ (Witches In Question) will be forced off the Royal Barge on the Egyptian River (in short, no more living in de-Nile). I'm also going to throw the idea up as a challenge. Keep the eyes peeled.

Hermione and Luna blood test? Hidden contracts from the past? Needs proxies and regents ?

MULTIPLE prophecies - and some of them aren't from human Seers at all. (Almost certainly the Lee spoken of is either related to the Lovegoods - or IS one - and I am NOT referring to Luna, though she herself is a Seer.) Goblin Seers got mentioned - by both Bonecrusher AND Ragnok - and again more than one. Dumbles could wind up UNDER Azkaban - not merely in it - and especially when Amelia gets a hold of this. (Remember Amelia's reputation - a hardnose about the law.)

I get Harry's sense of honor; I was in the same position - at an OLDER age - and there was only ONE girl - not three; yet I was just as obtuse. (I didn't even have Harry's excuse of being a virgin - that went away the year before.)
