In all honesty you could have cut probably 10x15000 words out of this. Instead of being the amazing story it could have been it turned into something that is completely and utterly below average

gohans haircut before namek was chichi idea, and since she was a real nerd (the drok stuff not the smart part) she thought it a good idea to give him a bowl cut. bulma a women who is constantly in the news would know better. why do this? you make gohan look stupid, bulma aswell btw. its a canon thing that just doesnt fit in thia story.
gohan meeting videl in a hair salon in west city while the satans live in orange city. trying to fast track their relationship? so that means he will be going to the same school aswell then? even though it is in another city

vegita would never use the ozaru form to deal with someone he could crush with no problem. piccolo cant even defeat nappa yet vegito uses his ozaru form anyway thus giving gohan the chance to change aswell. vegita loses his tail, destroys the orb thus stopping gohans ozaru form then he flees?
he came to earth looking for a 3th class saiyan, lost 1 of his soldiers, decided to come for revange and to take the halfling to bolster his forces but in the end kills his last soldier and runs away for no reason...
kind of a big plot hole. let be honest every single fight in dbz was won on pure luck and stupidity of fighters, without goku and his miracle saves the plot needs to chance a lot. but you didnt do that mearly filled it with unbelieveble excuses.
your writing is pretty good although your use of english is pretty basic eith some real stupid and simple mistakes, but the plot holes so far are pretty lame
