Sorry for not mentioning this earlier, but I did have a question. About Kouichi, since his spirit is in the digital world and body is in the real world, when he evolves and becomes ... well, detached i suppose, from the digital world and his spirits, does he reforge a connection with his body in the real world or does his spirit like pass on?

This is a great story.

Could Kouichi lying down because he used too much powers in the spirit? If so does that mean that he will disappear. I wonder what will happen if a spirit disappear since spirits are individual whom have departed from their bodies. It is normal that a person sees darkness when they close their eyes but going to sleep on a cliff isn't.

I was reading this chapter over again, and I just realized at the point where Kouichi feels the fiberglass but doesn't have any blood was from cherries are sweet. I love discovering new things!
