I must say I enjoyed this story very much; it is very well written in terms in its pace and dialogue, among other things.
I particularly enjoy the significance of that "last remaining space" on the cast. It really does warm my heart to understand the implication of both the offer and the acceptance of that offer.

Jethro - well, finally I had a look via google into the name. From early days of NCIS I kind of remembered that being a) the name of Moses' father in law and b) Jethro Tull as what my older brothers loved to listen to.
Now I found the urbandictionary - and it fits the bill!
" Jethro: Noun. See also "Awesome". A person that exemplifies awesomeness. A man with an angellic face and the body of a god. Just saying the name will cause all womens panties to drop withing a 60 mile radius. Too much use of the name may cause health issues such as nosebleeds, myopoism, hangnail, the gout, shingles and anal and vaginal leakage.

Awww, an ending that left me smiling! Love those :D I adore the whole idea of Tony's cruel background giving Gibbs the nudge he needed to fully take Tony in! And Tony thinking he was ten was a roller coaster ride of totally sad to SO funny, I loved everything :D Great work!
