Uuuh so... You are very good at making plots and events and everything, although you lack making an excitement for every events, you did a very good job till now.
My problem with you that you don't understand your character right. From your writing, I can know that you hate Sasuke, or don't like him. He is the most ooc out of the characters. You probably see him as jealous brat who want to learn everything Naruto learns, right? Well that not true. Sasuke isn't jealous of what Naruto can do. At the Canon, Sasuke start feeling weak because of curse mark and the meeting with Itachi. He saw Naruto (who he used to see as a dead last, who can't do a normal bunshin) get stronger and is able to stop a bijuu and get Itachi attention, his mark and hatred started messing with his mind. He saw himself weak person and didn't feel like he can defet Itachi. Later he claimed that Naruto reminded him of Itachi because he was feeling like Naruto was progressing and leaving him alone, when he felt like an equal next to him. He started seeing Itachi in Naruto and it angers him. Sasuke isn't mute either, ya know. He didn't have that much of talking and when he talks, I feel like you will make him do something stupid(like when Naruto decided to tell them about the kyuubi) when he yelled at Naruto that he lied to him, I'm sorry but I had to stop reading the story here. Sasuke in canon wouldn't scream at Naruto about lying or trust any of them, because Sasuke doesn't care if Naruto lied or trusted him, he will be slightly hurt, but that would be after the wave mission. And he won't feel much too. You made Sakura say "he is your best friend right?" I was like, where? You seem to be saying that just for the sake of it. I didn't see sasuke and Naruto interact in this fic more than 5 times and it was just insults, much like the canon I agree, but they were more than that. If you don't feel like writing Sasuke then make an OC or change it to any other character.
I hope you start loving and understanding you character more. put yourself in thier places. And you will get a lot of stuff I'm saying.
There where alot of unrealistic situations like Naruto killing someone and be normal after that. A hug from Tsunade doesn't make it all better. Naruto isn't sasuke, he show how he feels, he allows himself to feel sadness and pain. Maybe because it was years later, that you can't go deeper into the characters and understanding them fully.
You're not perfect. And you won't be able to. I actually respect how you still made sasuke decent enough and not bashing (I'm not a sasuke fan btw) and you still made the story interested enough to make me continue reading although I wasn't satisfied about alot of stuff. There is a lot of stuff I want to tell you about and help you with it, but it will be long to talk about every detail. You still did a very great job though. If you're actually reading this, I hope you don't get mad at me for that. I felt like saying something to you. I don't usually write previews because it's troublesome but I felt like you can write great things, if you put your whole heart into it, much like this story.
But I honestly wish to talk to you about a lot things, I don't publish stories but I write them. If you want any help about anything please pm me. I'm not a great writer at all, but maybe a reader review can help you :)

I highly doubt Orochi could get Suna to fall for the same ploy twice. and with Iwa trending on the friendlier side thanks to their godaime... Unless it was the council or Daigo who is orchestrating this co-op behind her back, I can't see who the snake pedophile would fool to get enough troops for another invasion. He did indeed fail to mark sasuke the first time when Kakashi wisely and humbly withheld his team from konoha's first chunin exams. lovely story by the way.

I have some problems with your story the first and most important one is that you stopped it.I would have understood if you would have stopped it when Jiraiya took naruto on the training trip for three Sakura should use the way of the intercepting fist along with the fighting style you made for her and Tsunade fighting style all three styles mixed together would make one hell of a fighting last but not least you should have Anko Mitarashi mastered all Orochimaru techniques and skills and also signed the snake contract that way she can train Sasuke for the next 3 years instead of Orochimaru and naruto Train by Jiraiya and Sakura trained by Kakashi and lady Tsunade and teaching tea and 10 ninjutsu and lady Tsunade teaching tea and 10 medical jutsu and Kurenai teaching tea and 10 genjutsu to all of the kunoichi for the next 3 would be best with water release and Earth release ninjutsu and yin release and yang release as well and for the fun of it add wood release to it as you continue the story of course.I don't know if you will since it's beena bout 8 years but I hope you will.

There we are... Sasuke is ordered to do the exercice 50 times while Sakura has only 30... Once again is just going to be weaker than her male teamates. I can already feel it.

Great Chapter, but you can't just announce a tragedy, and play a joke! Totally uncool. But I love reading this story.
