Look, it's 4am and I've been digging for good but old Tiva fics, and this is the first decent one that made my heart full, and I didn't want to cry from all the bad grammar. thank you.

This was absolutely terrible. You need to write more, give the story some substance. Describe it more; ever heard of adjectives?!
You also didn't capture the characters personalities very well. Tony and Ziva would never be so open about their feelings, even to Gibbs. Also Gibbs is a "functional mute" so he wouldn't actually talk this much.

This was horrible. It had no plot. You need to write more. Give it a little substance. Also I'm pretty sure that neither Ziva or tony would openly tell someone they were in love so easily, even if it were Gibbs.

Honestly, you're stretching it a bit by having her go weepy when he gets shot. He's been tortured and shot before... but other than that, it was pretty much in character.
