There aren't much good Reborn!Alicia x Odin-ified!Rufus around here and I must say, this is the best one so far. I love love LOVE the plot and would love to see it continued or finished. I've read this last year and found it once more and I still love it!

I know you love other fandoms, and everyone needs a break from a fandom they've been writing/reading in for a long time, but please don't forget about VP. I love your fics. Hope this will be continued someday. : )

hello now i can tell by the updates that it has been a while since you have last written in this story. i just wanted to say how much i like the story. i was a huge fan VP2 but really dissapointed about the ending where Alicia dies (i am a big romance fan). i love this story because its written really well and its romantic giving hope to all Rufus fans that he will get Alicia back. i hope that you can soon continue with this story and finish where Alicia and Refus are finally together :). great work with the story so far though :D

Hello there. I've only just started reading this story a couple of days ago before I reached this chapter. I know I'm really dilatory and this so like... Overdued. Sorry!

I have to say, this is really good. Not only did you portray Rufus and Alana/Alicia well in character but it seems like you really thought this through.

When I saw the last update icon for this story (which still shames me to no end at how I couldn't have realized this sooner) I was confounded at exactly HOW long this hasn't been updated. Er, 2 years? I can understand your reasons for this from reading the author's note in the last chapter, and I'm probably not in any verified position to demand anything, but I just need to know, because I'm rather fond of this story. And I won't emit false hope if the truth turns out otherwise.

Well... Are you planning to continue this story any sooner? Or are you just going to surcease it?

This is a wonderful story, but the knowledge that this is as much of it as I will get to read is saddening. While I didn't play "Valkyrie Profile 2" I did watch all of the cut scenes and was really intrigued by Rufus' and Alicia's relationship, particularly the potential post-series story between the reincarnated Alicia and Rufus. The plot you've woven here is so wonderful, being creative while at the same time retaining the feel of the original story and characters, particularly Alicia/Alana with her kindness and her stubbornness. Every scene is so finely detailed that I could clearly see the characters and their action before my eyes. I also really enjoy connecting the chapters by showing a scene from two characters' point of view. It adds an extra dimension to what the reader takes away from the story and adds a lot of depth to the characters and their feelings.

Sadly, I see it's been more than a year since you've updated this story and as a fanfic author myself, I know stories that go without an update for that long are usually resigned to the fate of never getting an ending. And while I understand that authors move on with their interests and inspirations I really, truly hope you will find the time and inspiration to finish this excellent work you've started. While I am certainly no "Valkyrie Profile" aficionado (I'm not a gamer :p) if you feel like you've hit a period of writer's block maybe bouncing some ideas off of others would help (sheepishly raises hand). I hope you don't think of me as being pretentious, but I really hope you'll consider finishing this story because, as a quote from one of my fandom goes, "A story without an ending is a tragedy."
