 TwistedShell chapter 1 . 3/27/2014 So cute! I haven't read mxm stories in a while and you just propelled me back into all the bittersweet, violent and tender goodness that is this pairing. One small nit-pick; I would have found it easier to read if the headings were a bit more obvious. You could space them a bit further from the previous scene and perhaps make them bold. It would stylistically help seperate one scene from another. Thanks for posting this story and thanks for a good read. |

I love the way you portrayed him because he just seems real, and you've kept him beautifully in character (though, technically, Matt doesn't really have a character per-say). I love his line of thoughts in the fourth-to-last paragraph too. So great; and the last line is a beauty all in itself. |
| Tierfal chapter 1 . 11/8/2008 Oh, God. This is just so... beautiful. I don't know that I've ever seen Matt captured quite so perfectly as you've done here. He's got enough spark and spite to fight back when Mello tries to bully him, and, exactly like you said, he's smart in a different way - but he's also chill, and confused, and calm and wild, all at once. He's perfectly, effortlessly crafted, and it's fantastic. I think that's why I was so glued to this piece: everything is just as REAL as Matt's character, and it's enveloping in the best way. So, so, so amazing. And the last line of dialogue is just an epic pwn. XD |
