Hi! I really like your writing, but if I can suggest, you should remove those "scene break" 's. Your readers are smart enough to understand the changes of scenes, making a new paragraph is enough.

I've only gotten this far but I'm about 60% sure your Kira is Jori but I have also considered my 20% suspicion of Katsu, an unknown factor takes up about 15%. The final 5% is Brian

Oh, and I noticed that I spelt Jori as Jodi. I probably was thinking of Jodie from Detective Conan.

Is Kira Jodi or Katsu? Their descriptions fit the role. Katsu, as he would probably be able to swipe Light’s diary. And Jodi as he glares at Light, possibly thinking that it might have not been him to get the death note. Though, the probability of Jodi being Kira is reasonably low while Katsu is higher. I’m just mindlessly babbling aren’t I?
