I read this way back when it came out and was too lazy to review. But I reviewed your other M/H and figured you deserved some acknowledgment on this story too.

It's so charming I rather enjoyed re-reading it. Mello acts just like I'd expect him to in a relationship; completely himself but slightly sentimental. And Hal is very spunky. I hate that we only got that one scene in canon where we got a chance to see her spunk, because I'd imagine when she's off-duty she's rather fun.

I love the Gevanni bit thrown in. Yet another character who didn't get nearly enough chance to show his personality in canon.

Aw. Flowers are so cliche, yet adorable. Mello with flowers is CUTE! /smiles/

Wow, your Hal is a totally different take then the way I see her. This is really kind of cool to read. Just goes to show you that there are tons and tons of ways to interpret those more minor characters. (This be why I hearts fanfiction.) Anyway, sorry to get off track. What I'm trying to say is that I like your Hal, and she interects with your snarky Mello very well. Augh, how I love your Mello.
