No, it wasn't out of character. It possibly was perfect for Cyclonis after that episode. I really like it and I look forward to the other Storm Hawks stories that you've created.

Ah, Cyclonis. Your moment of weakness would follow you even to the Far Side of the Atmos. Good job on writing her character. This interpretation of MC was nicely done.

It reminds me of a written form of a teenager's tantrum at being denied or thwarted. So, perhaps, it isn't /that/ OOC after all.

You know, I always thought that, in that later episode, MC /didn't/ suspect Piper of a double-cross. I think that she just wanted to hurt Piper for finding that chink in her armour. You are always most vulnerable to those who you care for and can be the most merciless towards them too.

Very, /very/ in-character, if you ask me. A barely-turned-teenage girl, playing at being the Dark Overlord. It was never going to be pretty. One day, Dark Ace will get fed up with her attitude and put her over his knee.
