I have to say, with as tragic as the end of Code Geass was, it was also perfect. Sad, yes, but perfect all the same. This is why I found Resurrection, even though it only takes place in the movie remake/retelling continuity, to be absolutely blasphemous. It not only destroyed the perfection of the original series' ending, it completely tarnishes Lelouch's sacrifice and everything that went along with it since war started again just a year later.

But anyway, this was stupendously written. It's rare that you find fics written this well, You paint such vivid and detailed pictures that you can actually see the scenes play out in you head (all the scenes, but just the lemons). This is definitely going into my Favorites.

C.C. may have a point that she knows Lelouch better than Kallen does, what with knowing his identity ahead of time and even getting in his head, but Kallen understands him better. She relates to him more and knows him better as a person, even if she doesn't know as much about him as C.C. does. What more, C.C. never had to have her opinion of him or her loyalty tested. Kallen was willing to face death by Lelouch's side, and refused to believe the bad of him until he himself painted himself to be the bad guy. Even when he took over the world, the moment she saw someone acting as Zero who wasn't Lelouch, she immediately figured out his entire plan and what he had been doing. Not even Nunnally knew him as well as Kallen did.

Hmm, I felt like Kallen was a little OOC in this chapter in regards to hear talk with Lelouch about C.C. I agree with what she said about him not letting C.C. get too attached to him, but it felt like she was also trying to take advantage. That doesn't seem like something Kallen would do. C.C. I can see doing that, but not Kallen.

Yeah, this chapter I felt portrayed one of the biggest drawbacks about C.C.'s character. Throughout pretty much the entire series she was incredibly presumptuous and selfish, doing everything for herself, even when that included helping others, while having an indifference to pretty much everyone and everything around her unless she need to act for her own benefit or to fit the contact. True, she changes towards the end, but that side of her was still there throughout most of the series.

I agree about Lelouch's relationship with C.C. compared to Kallen's. Her cared for C.C. a lot and loved her as a companion, and, perhaps, had some romantic feelings for her as well, but they were also pretty ambiguous. With Kallen though, he definitely had romantic feelings for her. Maybe not all the way to love, but definitely feelings that were romantic in nature. He also had more in common with her and they could relate to and understand each other more.

I've heard the argument that Kallen loved Zero, Shirley loved Student Lelouch, and CC loved Lelouch, however, I think that only applies to the first Season. Once Kallen learned of his identity, she was in the same boat as CC. And even then they still related to each other more and understood each other more than even CC did, despite having gotten into his head, especially since her agenda had been for him to ultimately kill her for most of the series.

This was extremely well written and I can't wait to read more. Lelouch/Kallen is my favorite Code Geass shipping and I wish they had ended up together despite the series' perfect ending with his sacrifice.

Beautiful fanfic I admire your work. But in the ending I still felt unhappy. I n my head there many questions like did they got together,?did they clear up there misunderstandings?,can she make him stay with her? Is Lelouch going to lie to her again,to make her reject him so she can live her life?I don't think she'll give him up. Is Suzaku aware about Lelouch's intimate relationship with Kallen?Will he admit his feelings to her now like for real?If he loves her is he gonna leave her she's gonna pour her love out to him most importantly would he have one more kidding BTW love your fic but please can you make a sequel I really want to know what's gonna happen.

C.C.'s death ripped my fucking heart out. It nearly made me cry.

I don't know if you ever still look at the reviews but if you do, I'm just letting you know that this story honestly effected me in a way almost nothing ever does. I started reading this because I saw it had so many favorites even though it was a lemon story, and when I got through the first chapter I understood why. I honestly don't know what note to end this review on nor what its intended purpose has been, but I know that I want to make sure you know how great your story was to me. Thanks, and good job.

It starts as porn with plot, becomes plot with porn, and ends in a glorious mf'ing tearjerker. This story is a diamond in perfection, although it doesn't look like it at first. I absolutely fell in love with all the characters and how well it still fits into the canon story. Too bad I can't fav it a dozen times. Although I'd love to see more of them, considering how long ago it ended and current updates on your other story, I won't get my hopes up... But thanks for this a thousand times!

I will tel you something. I will have a surgery in 5 hours, and I haven't slept just to finish your fic. It is indeed that good. You are amazing. I love it.
