| Norwesterner chapter 1 . 7/25/2008 Wonderful "mirror image" realizations, and a great turn or play on words and meanings in the final line of each section! This stands as a wonderful vignette by itself, but could also lead to a longer and richer parallel sequel story; one that could span the length of the film, revealing the characters' inner thoughts . . . ones that can only really be conveyed here in text. Very enjoyable! |

For some strange reason, these Wall-E and EVE stories remind me of that song, what was it, oh yeah, "I Will Posess Your Heart" by Death Cab for Cutie. Don't know why, but their story in the movie, especialy the beginning, seems like it would be suitable for that song you know. Oh, and nice story, a bit short, but nice anyways. Now I'm just rambling, my bad. I like the story, keep up the good work. |

| Doc Flareon chapter 1 . 7/12/2008 I posted a comment on Pixar Planet, and now I see it here. I am still unsure how to express myself in regards to this. I could say something about WALL-E's wish to fly through the air with EVE's help and how that contrasted with EVE hoping that WALL-E could help her soul to fly beyond the strictures of duty. |
