![]() ![]() ![]() Archie, nice choice! I also like the coroner seems competent, even with his brief appearance. And I’d be extremely disappointed if she didn’t use her Marilyn voice in the bedroom. I wonder what would have happened if she was a T1000... Nah. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh I love Archie |
![]() ![]() ![]() LOL. Love the T2 reference! Why wouldn't Cameron use the Marilyn Monroe voice? Oh yeah, the Scuzzbags, didn't they just go platinum? (: Great chapter, especially the way Cameron and John ran circles around those government agents! |
![]() ![]() ![]() haha, that dialogue between Cameron and Agent Grant was great. If anything, it seems Cameron is only becoming worse at blending in. I rather like Agent Grant, I hope she'll be around for a while. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I always like to read these stories a 2nd time, incase I missed something. I added characterisation and emphasis to Cameron/Daniel/John conversation about round blue plastic objects. It made me laugh. (JFYI, in this ch., you need to change T-1000 to T-800. Or am I misinterpreting the situation & there is a T-1000 present too?) I'm impressed by your knowledge of nuclear leaks: Hazmat Team. I'm looking forward to the next chapter. I hope I'm (Cameron) is not disappointed. She needs a bit of fun. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Great chapter. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I'm always excited to see an update 3 you are my favorite TSCC fic, keeping the show alive |
![]() ![]() So great to see this story continuing. Thanks for all your hard work over the years! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Great chapter! |
![]() ![]() They are actual things - or used to be. |
![]() ![]() Thanks for another wonderful distraction from the present state of affairs - looking forward to wherever this goes! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Fun as ever. back pack nukes were a thing as were tactical nukes. Hopeful gone with the end of the cold war. |
![]() ![]() ![]() I know Joe was intentional, but you threw me off with the T-1000 and the drink and fries. Am I reading too much into this? I also like when agents are competent and mostly rational. |
![]() ![]() Thanks |
![]() ![]() ![]() Suitcase nukes that are man-portable and can vaporise half a mile are perfectly possible, sadly. Better not to think about that, given since the collapse of the USSR there are evidently several floating around in the world. Apart from that, I rather enjoyed the comment about Ryan BEING Retired as opposed to Retiring, since I presume he's in a shallow grave somewhere with a bullet in the back of his head. His superiors only tolerate failure so many times, I suppose, especially given the fact he promised them beyond-next-generation tech in the form of Cameron... Couldn't happen to a nicer guy. Nice nod to "Uncle Bob" from T2 with the newly-arrived T-800, by the way, especially with Agent Grant stating she can't tell her superiors about a time-travelling cyborg from the future without ending up in an early grave or a place where people are left drooling in straitjackets all day from all the drugs to "help" them. They help the actually mentally ill, not those the government wants to make stop talking, he he he... What happened to anyone who sat near Bob, by the way? I presume the radiation leak wasn't serious enough to anything more than make them very sick for a few days? Or maybe they wonder why they seem to be glowing in the dark for a while? Also, love Cameron's comment about being able to Hack the code trigger for a nuke in ten minutes. I was hoping Agent Grant would squeak at that one, or just stare at Cameron with an expression which suggests Humanity has left the building when Cameron states the captured soldier would be tortured and killed for information as a matter of fact-as it's what she would do. Does Agent Grant know just who and what Cameron is, mind? Four soldiers stand no chance against her at all, so if someone has decided to bypass the chain of command to snatch up the Connors and Cameron they seriously haven't done their research. Or maybe it's soldiers looking for their missing buddy who think the people Agent Grant is meeting have something to do with his disappearance? Given how much fun this story is, anything is possible... Stay safe and keep up the good work. |
