I love your writing - you always manage to come up with these amazing scenes that do something to my insides (especially when there’s Dark Draco). Love the nickname of kitten :) A note though I think it would be a good idea to add a NONCON/RAPE WARNING at the beginning or on the third chapter. Well written overall!

I always have a soft spot for AU's, especially historical or fantasy AU's. I mean it's great to see the characters you know and love reacting to different environments, but when you toss them into the deep in of a world almost the polar opposite of their own, well...now it's a party! And yes, I also have a soft spot for "dark" Draco. Mostly because "dark" Draco is strong and confident and the original wasn't truly allowed to be that until maybe the end of the series, understandable because he was still developing, but still. I'm a high and mighty reader with her nose firmly shoved up her ass and demand her favorite characters to be in control of themselves if not the situation. But hey, that's what fanfiction is for.
Enough Ranting! The pacing in this was really good, each scene causing the events in the next with building tension until it climaxes! Literally! Which has always been a boon to shorter series, nothing wasted. The other characters perform there roles well, shout out to the gods for being as capricious and using their barmy logic as they always have. You know Ares set this whole thing up because he just wanted war puppies.
This is such a great work and feeds my darker side, you should be insanely proud of it. Keep it Up!
