I don't quite know what to think about it. You're writing is great, and I really liked your Snape. I feel bad for him destroying the potion. He should just test it under more careful conditions and not mix it with alcohol. I hope he'll will tell Hermione about his nightmare and they will work it out together. In any case, their reactions to the not-quite-real-incident were very convincing.

wow! Is all I can say really, that was a brilliant fic. A tad confusing after Snape's nightare, but when you read it then go over it in your head it makes perfect sense. I love the concept, you did a fantastic job with the paragraphing and vocab. Overall, superb story:) You wrote that this was a way to heal,so-to-speak. Are you sure your okay? sorry if I sound like I'm prying I'm just concerned:)

So what do I say? First, I liked this fic. It was well written and the characters were very much in character. It had a lot of tension and suspense. I'm afraid I was a bit let down by the ending. I just feel like 'it was all a dream in a dream in a dream' made the conclusion feel like a cop out.

On the other hand, you did make a rather interesting statement about Snape as a person and how he might have responded to an event of this nature. I don't know if I think him that cowardly.

WOW WOW WOW! That was really good. I loved it. It wasn't all that dark to me, actually. I liked it, though. Very good job, and it's going on my faves.

I don't usually read such dark works, so I hardly know what to write as a review. It was very well written of course, and I am glad that it ended up happier than it looked like it would half-way through the story. I too have suffered from similar demons in the past and I hope that writing this helped you conquer them, at least a little bit.
